hey everyone,

since the voting & www & ice skating is not being very well received. peiwen suggested just organising a one-off activity..

date: any weekday before 31dec 2008?

place: central singapore

activities: (in order of timing)

(meridien orchard, next to plaza singapura) pool @ monstercue1/2, lan @ virtualsurf if anyone wants, movie @ plaza sing/cathay AND/OR bowling @ marina, (unless someone has safra membership to bowl)

so starting from morning around 11plus, end at about 8plus, after pool and lan about 3, have lunch, watch a movie till 5, chiong to marina square via mrt to bowl unless anyone has better suggestion for pits in central area.

lan doesn't seem like a very nice idea (it's a waste of time, i think)... so probably pool together, go have lunch, watch movie then bowl.

if anyone interested just tag in the tagboard. enough people then get further details. and plz do asap if still want gathering before 2009.

As Nick had mentioned, we are really not getting anywhere. According to Grassae, the 5th December gathering wouldn't work out. The ice-skating rink at Jurong would be down for renovation, and the Kallang rink will be flooded with people. Plus, ice-skating is damn expensive. For an hour or two, it costs about $15-$18 (not exactly worth it).

Maybe we should be less ambitious. We should just have a simpler and less expensive gathering. We can have another bbq/cycling gathering at ECP, or bowling, or typical movie + walking/fooling around.

I was also thinking, since most of us are down with CCAs or away on holiday, maybe we should push the gathering to a later date, like end of December (when most people would be back from holiday?). Plus, we can like, in a way, celebrate christmas or new year together.

Yeah, that's my opinion.
C'mon guys, post more. Contribute more ideas((:

Hi.
Sorry for all the confusion. It has been brought up that its not very convinient for a group of us to go to WWW for the gathering. I cant post up the reason here, but i can assure u its a very valid reason. So,
we have to choose another activity.
1. ice-skating
2. snowcity
3. escape theme park

Choose. Shall sms u guys for answer.

I dont have time to post. Sorry. Cause i have guides activities almost everyday. So, it would be much easier if u guys can post too :)

Why isnt anyone posting :(

Anws, u guys want a class gathering this holiday? Its been so long since we last had one. What do u guys wanna do? Chalet? WWW? Go out?
Do give some suggestions on the tagboard! Hopefully we can have one in december, since (i guessed) everyone would be busy with CCAs.

Oooo btw did anyone cry on the last day of school? Cause i couldnt cry AGAIN. I remember the last day of primary school everyone was crying except me :( Even the guys were crying hahahaha. It was such a sight. :D
